Iswandi is an experienced Muay Thai trainer with over 5 years of Muay Thai experience and a championship victory at the Ultimate Beatdown. With 11 years of personal training under his belt, he brings a wealth of knowledge and versatility to every class. His training style is a dynamic blend of Muay Thai, kick boxing and strength & conditioning, designed to meet the needs of all levels-from beginners looking to get fit or learn new skills, to fighters preparing for competition. His classes strikes the perfect balance between enjoyment and intensity, ensuring that every session is both challenging and fun
Alicia
Alicia has been coaching since 2021, providing supportive environment where students can can learn without fear or judgement. She has trained students of all ages from 3 to 63 and welcomes all fitness levels. Her approach focuses on making Muay Thai accessible, fostering discipline, self-control and resilience. She is passionate about teaching beginners and believes learning should be fun, ecouraging consistency and improvement in both fitness and well-being

Nic's Muay Thai journey began in 2011, leading him to compete and eventually become a coach. With over a decade of experience and training under various Krus in Thailand, he brings a unique versatility to his coaching. After earning his personal trainer certification in 2024. Nic redefined his approach with a focus on biomechanics, blending Muay Thai with modern fitness techniques. His classes prioritizes safety and athletic performance, catering to everyone from beginners to competitive fighters.
